About
Hi, I’m Janet. I am enjoying life with the everyday challenges of being a support system to my family. I am married to the love of my life and we have two children. We have a grown son and a young daughter.
I developed a love for learning and books including the Bible largely from my parents. My appreciation of classic literature and writing was cultivated by an eclectic English teacher that I had during high school. I enjoy non-fiction learning, literature, music, history, retelling stories in an interesting way – and of course writing.
I hope that you will find encouragement and edification on this site. As a recipient of God’s grace, I am inspired by the Biblical examples of Miriam in the Old Testament and Priscilla in the New Testament. I strive to come to more of the knowledge of Christ Jesus and God the Father. I hope God blesses you in seeking Him as well.

I Thessalonians 5:16-24
“Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. Quench not the Spirit. Despise not prophesyings. Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. Abstain from all appearance of evil.
“And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.”
