“That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.”

—I John 1:1-3

“Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes.” —Ephesians 1:4 (NIV)

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.  —Romans 5:8 (NASB)

“Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.” — I John 4:17 (KJV)

I love that you just post verses! I might start doing some of this! God’s word is far better than ours – it’s the truth.

    Thanks! God Bless!

Thanks for your comment! I do enjoy “digging up” scriptures and seeing how they relate to each other. The Bible definitely contains the words of life. 🙂
